What you’ll do

  • Lead complex initiatives using advanced analytical techniques to generate actionable insights and trends
  • Analyze multi-faceted business challenges requiring hypothesis generation and advanced analysis
  • Make decisions in complex situations to resolve abstract business issues and lead broader work teams
  • Collaborate with peers and senior managers to drive strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Execute complex analytical experiments and create innovative statistical models for various domains
  • Interpret data using advanced analytics modeling methods to recommend solutions and influence strategy
  • Provide consultation on data science best practices, methods, and tools
  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations in digestible formats to non-technical audiences

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of data science experience or equivalent combination of work, training, military experience, or education
  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
  • Knowledge of customer profiling, business segmentation, heuristics, and RFM analysis
  • Experience with machine learning techniques like segmentation, regression, decision trees, forecasting, and clustering
