About the role

WSP Structural Engineering Team – provides BIM and CAD support for complex building and infrastructure projects. The Senior BIM Technician creates and coordinates detailed Revit and AutoCAD models, produces construction drawings, ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plans, and mentors junior staff. Noida, India with hybrid work model (on‑site and remote).

What you’ll do

  • Assist project establishment and drawing strategy
  • Develop coordinated Revit models and detailed construction drawings
  • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and WSP CAD standards
  • Perform self‑checks and QA on models and drawings
  • Provide coaching on intermediate CAD functions
  • Coordinate with architectural and MEP models
  • Manage CAD estimates and fee tracking

What you’ll bring

  • Diploma in Civil or Higher
  • 8+ years production experience in detailing and drafting structural drawings
  • Team management experience
