About the role
WSP India – Bridges BIM Team designs and delivers detailed BIM models for bridge infrastructure using Tekla Structures. The Senior BIM Technician creates and manages structural and architectural models, coordinates drawing production, and ensures compliance with WSP standards while collaborating with international project leads. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, the role supports projects across India and abroad.
What you’ll do
- Develop and manage BIM models for bridge structures
- Create detailed drawings from structural PDFs and hand drafts
- Coordinate drawing standards with project engineers
- Prepare sketches and RFIs for clarification
- Maintain QA, document control, and archiving
- Coach technicians on Tekla functions
- Suggest revisions to standards and templates
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years BIM experience
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures
- Knowledge of structural and architectural disciplines
- Experience with bridge projects
- Ability to coordinate with international teams
- Background verification required
