About the role
Environmental Risk Management (ERM) team at J.P. The Senior Associate reviews and analyzes environmental reports, prepares memoranda, coordinates consultants, and leads project‑level risk assessments. Bengaluru, India, on‑site, hybrid shift (mid‑day/evening).
What you’ll do
- Review and analyze environmental reports for commercial real‑estate loans
- Prepare review memoranda and technical opinions
- Procure reports from qualified consultants per ERM guidelines
- Coordinate RFPs, project scopes, and consultant work products
- Conduct collateral‑asset analysis and risk assessments
- Lead special projects on environmental exposures and audit responses
- Provide peer reviews and mentor junior analysts
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years experience in environmental risk management
- 1-3 years people/team management
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., Registered Environmental Assessor)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Availability for mid‑day/evening shifts
