About the role
Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation (LPMR) team at ERM focuses on turning environmental liabilities into sustainable value through site investigations and remediation. The Senior Associate supports project delivery, designs investigations, assists remedial design, coordinates field activities, and contributes to reporting and client management. New Delhi and Bangalore, India, on-site work model, extensive travel required.
What you’ll do
- Support delivery of ERM projects and manage multiple tasks
- Design and implement site investigations including sampling and characterization
- Assist in remedial design, conceptual site model development and proposal preparation
- Participate in remediation planning, monitoring and execution
- Maintain health and safety standards during fieldwork
- Coordinate field activities and subcontractors
- Contribute to project management ensuring timely delivery
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation
- Hands‑on fieldwork in soil and groundwater sampling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage field activities and subcontractors
- Willingness to travel extensively
