About the role

The Escalation Specialist triages incidents, coordinates with law enforcement and delivery teams, and crafts clear reports for senior leadership. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with rotational 24/7 shifts.
What you’ll do
- Provide support to delivery associates and customers via internal tools
- Triage and prioritize incoming security incidents
- Transfer lower severity calls to appropriate partners
- Manage communications between internal and external stakeholders
- Write concise incident reports for leadership
What you’ll bring
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays
- Experience in IT/operations/call center environment
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Effective composure and professional attitude
- Conflict resolution and crisis management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
