About the role
Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) protects Amazon associates, assets and brand by monitoring alarms, triaging incidents and managing crises. The Escalation Specialist works with delivery associates, customers, law enforcement and internal teams to research issues, prioritize incidents and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Bengaluru, India, on-site, 5‑day work week with rotating days off.
What you’ll do
- Provide support to delivery associates and customers via internal tools
- Triage and prioritize incoming security incidents
- Transfer lower‑severity calls to appropriate partners
- Manage phone communications and information flow among internal and external stakeholders
- Write clear, concise incident reports for senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- Fluent in Japanese (read/write/speak)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Hindi grammar and spelling
Nice to have
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or related field
