Global Engagement Manager

About the role

Global Engagement team at PACCAR India oversees strategic IT initiatives across divisions. The manager governs project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationships, driving performance and expansion of IT capabilities from India. Based in Pune, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Track and report status of key programs
• Manage escalations and facilitate management updates
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit standards
• Act as liaison between India delivery teams, suppliers, and division stakeholders
• Drive team performance through goal setting and feedback
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and effort tracking
• Lead onboarding and mentorship of new hires and interns

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience
• 8-10 years as IT Project/Program Manager
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of IT project and program management
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Budget management and forecasting experience
• Knowledge of compliance and security requirements
