Engagement Manager

About the role

Globalization Excellence (GE) at Zinnov helps enterprises build and scale Global Capability Centers end‑to‑end. As an Engagement Manager you will own delivery of consulting engagements across technology‑driven domains, leading multiple workstreams, shaping analysis into strategic recommendations, and managing senior client relationships. Bangalore, India, on‑site (3‑5 days/week).

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery from kickoff to final output
• Lead multiple workstreams and manage risks proactively
• Guide research approaches and ensure data quality
• Lead client communication and stakeholder alignment at CXO level
• Support business development and proposal shaping
• Develop practice assets and thought leadership
• Coach and mentor project teams
• Maintain high standards of written and visual deliverables

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years consulting experience
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (MBA preferred)
• Domain exposure in TMT, automotive, manufacturing, telecom or semiconductors
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent business writing and presentation abilities
• Project management and execution discipline
• High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• International experience a plus
