About the role

  • Design and execute incentive programs, contests, and partner payout structures
  • Monitor DSA performance metrics and use data insights to optimize productivity
  • Conduct onboarding and periodic training for DSAs on products and compliance

What you’ll bring

  • 4-8 years channel sales/DSA management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving loan disbursal or revenue targets
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
