About the role

ABDG group at Ameriprise India focuses on reporting and operations analytics. The Lead Data Analyst designs and delivers analytical solutions, manages intake processes, conducts A/B and sales funnel analyses using Python, and translates insights into actionable business knowledge. Hybrid role based in Gurugram and Noida, India.

What you’ll do

• Define and document business requirements with internal teams
• Translate requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing and sales funnel analysis using Python
• Develop and execute reports for program tracking and model validation
• Manage intake process and prioritize business needs
• Communicate results and recommendations to US and internal stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards and contribute to process improvements

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science or Data Analytics
• 5-7 years of experience in reporting & Analytics
• Proficiency in Python programming and A/B test analysis
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
• Experience developing complex queries and automated reports
• Ability to document business and technical processes
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
