What you’ll do

  • Run daily operations controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)
  • Maintain branch compliance with audit, KYC/AML and RBI norms
  • Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA‑based fixes
  • Prepare for audits/inspections and resolve observations
  • Cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for new customers
  • Train frontline staff on process updates and compliance requirements
  • Manage inventory of customer deliverables and gold loan packets

What you’ll bring

  • 3 to 9 years branch operations experience
  • Graduate degree

Preferred banking certifications: JAIIB or CAIIB
