About the role

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Lead in Bangalore to design and maintain enterprise data models for the Healthcare Payer domain. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting analytics and operational systems. This is an on-site position requiring deep expertise in healthcare payer data and data modeling tools.

What you’ll do

  • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise platforms
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient data models
  • Develop and maintain enterprise data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage
  • Model healthcare payer subject areas including claims, membership, and providers
  • Collaborate with ETL/ELT developers for proper model implementation
  • Establish naming conventions, modeling standards, and governance practices
  • Perform impact analysis for data model changes and optimize for performance
  • Support data quality, MDM, and metadata management initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer industry
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer business processes
  • Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling
  • Strong SQL skills and relational database experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with HL7 FHIR, X12 EDI standards
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, HEDIS regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Data Vault, Kimball, or Inmon methodologies
