What you’ll do
- Lead development of complex game features end‑to‑end
- Implement and maintain high‑performance C++ game code
- Enforce engineering guidelines and coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Participate in Agile planning and execution
- Optimize game performance and memory usage across platforms
- Introduce new technologies and tools to improve efficiency
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years game development with C++ (11/14)
- Strong OOP and SDLC expertise
- Linux and Windows development experience
- Proficient with Visual Studio, Git/SVN, GDB, profiling tools
- Experience with CI systems and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Ability to mentor junior developers
