IT Service Delivery Leader, Senior

About the role

IT Service Delivery team at Cummins manages operations, delivery and support of critical IT applications and infrastructure services. The Senior Leader drives service catalog, asset management, SLA reporting and Six Sigma improvements while coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships. Remote work from India, 5+ years of Movex ERP experience required, SAFe Agile certification preferred.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to delivery and support of specific IT services
• Maintain service catalog, asset management system and ITIL standards
• Generate and report service delivery metrics, SLAs and customer satisfaction scores
• Act as point of contact for customers and manage supplier relationships
• Champion Six Sigma and root‑cause analysis for process improvement
• Support Service Owner and ensure knowledge management accuracy

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience with Movex ERP implementations
• In‑depth knowledge of Movex Supply Chain and finance
• Troubleshooting and debugging system issues
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Cloud computing
• SAFe Agile certification preferred
• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT/Business
