The Associate IAM Engineer leads end‑to‑end IAM operations, automates identity lifecycle processes, and ensures audit compliance for a large financial services client. Bengaluru, on‑site, hybrid model with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Own and run IAM operations across workforce and non‑human identities
- Lead automation and self‑service initiatives to reduce ticket volume
- Manage ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, request
- Drive audit readiness and compliance evidence collection
- Partner with SecOps for monitoring, alerting, and telemetry
- Coordinate with HR, IT Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams
- Mentor team on IAM best practices and governance
- Oversee vendor and third‑party service performance
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years IAM experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Enterprise‑scale IAM platform operations
- ITSM incident/problem/change management
- Audit and compliance (SOX, ISO 27001)
- Automation and self‑service workflow development
- Stakeholder management with security, HR, infra
- Cloud identity (AWS, Azure, GCP)
