About the role

Cyber Risk and Regulations Advisory (ADTO) at PwC focuses on protecting financial services clients from cyber threats. The Associate IAM Engineer leads IAM operations, automates identity lifecycle processes, and ensures audit compliance across a large enterprise environment. Works in Bengaluru, on-site, collaborating with security, HR, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable identity services and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end IAM operations and lifecycle management
• Lead automation and self‑service initiatives
• Run ITSM‑aligned incident, problem, change, and request processes
• Manage audit evidence, recertification, and compliance activities
• Partner with security, HR, and infrastructure for access controls
• Drive continuous improvement and root‑cause analysis
• Oversee vendor and third‑party IAM service performance
• Ensure monitoring, alerting, and telemetry for IAM services

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years IAM experience
• 5+ years leading teams
• Enterprise-scale IAM operations
• ITSM incident/problem/change management
• Automation of identity workflows
• Audit and compliance (SOX, ISO 27001)
• Stakeholder communication and executive updates
• Cloud identity (AWS/Azure/GCP)
