About the role

The Associate IAM Engineer leads end‑to‑end identity lifecycle operations, automates service delivery, and ensures audit‑ready compliance across a large enterprise user base. Bengaluru, on‑site, full‑time role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Own and run end‑to‑end IAM operations
- Lead automation and self‑service initiatives
- Manage incident, problem, change, and request processes
- Oversee IAM platform stability and integrations
- Drive audit and compliance execution
- Develop and enforce IAM governance policies
- Collaborate with Security, HR, and Infrastructure teams
- Mentor and coach IAM staff
What you’ll bring
- 10 years IAM experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Enterprise‑scale IAM operations
- ITSM incident/problem/change management
- Automation of IAM workflows
- Audit and compliance (SOX, ISO 27001)
- Stakeholder communication and executive updates
- Experience with cloud identity (AWS, Azure, GCP)
