Deputy Vice President - Rewards and Loyalty

About the role

SBI Card seeks a Deputy Vice President to lead the Rewards and Loyalty team in Gurugram, India. The role focuses on managing the credit card loyalty program, optimizing redemption rates, and controlling costs within assigned budgets. This is an on-site position requiring deep expertise in consumer behavior and market dynamics.

What you’ll do

• Lead team to manage SBI Credit Cards loyalty program
• Devise execution plans to optimize redemption rates and costs
• Manage rewards processes to prevent misuse of points
• Develop strategic partnerships for direct deals on redemption
• Manage agency relationships and service delivery SLAs
• Collaborate with IT and Finance for reporting and budget adherence
• Monitor cost per point and highlight funding needs
• Scan market for best practices and ensure audit readiness

What you’ll bring

• MBA / PGDBM in Marketing or relevant discipline
• 11-14 years overall experience
• 7-9 years relevant team/domain experience
• Knowledge of consumer and competition behavior
• Understanding of credit card market dynamics
