Deputy Vice President, Information Technology at HDFC ERGO General Insurance. Works in Pune, India on‑site, collaborating with product, security and infrastructure groups to deliver secure, scalable microservices.

What you’ll do

• Architect and deliver full‑stack applications for insurance domain
• Design and implement backend services on GCP microservices architecture
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality and security standards
• Collaborate with product owners to translate domain processes into digital solutions
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization and cloud deployment
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance of distributed systems

What you’ll bring

• 7-9 years full‑stack development with leadership
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, Vue.js, TypeScript
• Experience with NestJS, Node.js, RESTful APIs
• Expertise in PostgreSQL schema design and performance tuning
• Hands‑on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC)
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes container orchestration
• Secure coding, authentication, OWASP guidelines
• Agile/Scrum environment
