Responsibilities include developing activity‑level plans, estimating material requirements, tracking progress against budgets, and escalating deviations to procurement and budgeting teams. The role also involves detailed analytics on manpower availability, productivity, and budget overruns, as well as reconciling project cost data to maintain financial control from inception to completion. Candidates should bring strong analytical skills, experience in project planning and monitoring, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
