About the role
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team at neolytix ensures compliance and efficiency in healthcare operations by managing provider credentialing and payer enrollment. The Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist handles credentialing processes, enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers, and regulatory compliance to reduce claim denials and maintain network participation. Remote (Gurugram, India) role with full-time schedule, immediate start possible.
What you’ll do
- Manage provider credentialing and enrollment processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely onboarding
- Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams
- Minimize credentialing-related claim denials
- Maintain network participation
What you’ll bring
- 1-5 years healthcare credentialing
- Proficiency with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity
Nice to have
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer compliance
