About the role

Provider Credentialing Team at ARstrat ensures timely enrollment and credentialing of healthcare providers with US insurance payers. The specialist contacts payers, updates CAQH profiles, resolves credentialing issues, and maintains detailed provider records. Karnataka, India, on-site, remote work not offered.

What you’ll do

• Contact insurance payers to verify credentialing and enrollment status
• Follow up on pending credentialing and re‑credentialing applications
• Communicate with providers regarding missing documents and updates
• Resolve credentialing issues via phone and email
• Maintain detailed call logs and updates in the credentialing system
• Coordinate with insurance representatives to expedite applications
• Process provider credentialing and enrollment applications
• Update credentialing databases and generate status reports

What you’ll bring

• Knowledge of US Healthcare Credentialing and Provider Enrollment
• Experience with CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payers
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
