About the role
Credentialing & Provider Enrollment team at Neolytix delivers end‑to‑end credentialing and enrollment services for US healthcare providers. The manager leads a team of specialists, oversees credentialing with hospitals, payers and insurance networks, and ensures compliance of CAQH, PECOS and other enrollment platforms. Gurugram, India, work from office, immediate start, relocation not required.
What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end provider credentialing and re‑credentialing
- Oversee enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers
- Maintain compliance of credentialing files and payer applications
- Lead, mentor and set SLAs for credentialing specialists
- Liaise with US clients to provide updates and resolve escalations
- Track enrollment timelines and implement process improvements
- Generate reports and dashboards on credentialing TAT and payer status
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years credentialing & enrollment experience
- Graduate degree
