About the role
Growth Management team at Paytm drives credit expansion for millions of users. The GM/AVP leads end‑to‑end growth analysis for unsecured lending, designing experiments, building dashboards, and partnering with product, risk and marketing to improve funnels. Role based in Noida with on‑site work model, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end growth analysis across lending funnel
- Analyze marketing and acquisition data using event, clickstream and impression data
- Design and run experiments to validate growth opportunities
- Collaborate with campaign managers to execute experiments and improve content
- Lead cohort analysis to uncover segment behavior
- Partner with product teams to reduce funnel friction
- Identify new top‑funnel growth opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards monitoring funnel health
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years growth or analytics experience
- Strong analytical, hypothesis‑driven mindset
- Hands‑on CleverTap or similar
- Proficient SQL and BI tools (Looker preferred)
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling
