What you’ll bring

• Experience in growth marketing or product growth roles
• Proven track record driving growth in fintech or financial services
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Clevertap, Moengage, Google Analytics, SQL
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention for insurance products
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance marketing
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
