Full Stack Technical Leader

About the role

Lead full-stack development of scalable web applications using MEAN stack, mentor teams, design architecture, manage code quality, collaborate with product owners, implement Agile practices, ensure performance and scalability, work with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, deploy high-quality web apps using Angular, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Define technical architecture, component designs, system integrations
• Lead end-to-end dev activities: coding, reviews, testing, deployments
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, cross-functional teams
• Apply Agile/Scrum/Kanban, ensure timely releases
• Resolve blockers, provide guidance to dev teams
• Mentor developers, promote best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, effort estimations
• Drive performance, scalability, engineering process improvements
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, microservices, micro-frontends

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years dev experience, 3+ years technical lead
• Proficient in MEAN stack: Angular, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Azure Cloud experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker
• Strong system design, REST APIs, OAuth/JWT, microservices
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban, mentoring, code reviews, performance tuning

Nice to have

Python, Jest/Jasmine/Mocha, performance tuning, Agile product teams
