What you’ll do
- Engage with customers to ascertain needs and enhance satisfaction
- Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure issues
- Maintain departmental documentation on work orders and inventory
- Provide site support for break fix activities
- Assist in implementing new processes and operational plans
- Deliver basic technical tasks under direct instruction
- Adhere to guidelines and ensure confidentiality
What you’ll bring
- High School Diploma or commensurate work experience
- 0-2 years of work experience in customer or technical support
- Experience with HP products or mission critical systems preferred
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues
- Strong documentation and inventory management skills
