About the role
AWS Infrastructure Services designs, builds and operates the global AWS cloud infrastructure. The Data Center Security Manager leads the contract guard force, handles security incidents, oversees audits, and manages the security P&L for the Mumbai site. Mumbai,MH,IND – on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Direct and manage contract guard force for daily operations
- Handle site security incidents and escalations
- Provide after-hours on-call support for large‑scale events
- Participate in recurring security audits and reviews
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Write reports for management on security operations
- Oversee new security construction or retrofit projects
- Manage security P&L and assist with financial analysis
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years overseeing security operations
- Experience with security vendors/contractors
- Fluent English communication
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with access control and CCTV systems
- Experience identifying security issues and mitigation planning
- Audit experience in risk mitigation or compliance
