About the role
Qualcomm Engineering team focuses on securing AI data center software and infrastructure. The Senior Engineer drives end‑to‑end vulnerability management, from intake and triage to risk‑based prioritization and remediation, leveraging automation and AI‑assisted analysis. Works on‑site in Bangalore, collaborating with hardware, software, and incident response teams to scale security processes.
What you’ll do
- Manage vulnerability intake, triage, and risk assessment
- Prioritize remediation based on impact and compliance
- Develop and maintain automation tooling for vulnerability workflows
- Collaborate with developers to provide remediation guidance
- Integrate vulnerability management into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor threat intelligence and coordinate response
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years in product security or vulnerability management
- Proficiency in C and C++
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and ticketing systems
- Strong risk‑based prioritization and remediation tracking
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted security automation
