What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations across APAC
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and tax regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and service quality
- Drive payroll implementations, system migrations and transformations
- Monitor legislative changes and provide training
- Develop partnerships with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and IT
- Lead, coach and develop APAC payroll team
What you’ll bring
- 10 years progressive payroll leadership
- APAC multi-country payroll experience
- Payroll system implementations and upgrades
- Managing outsourced payroll providers
- Knowledge of APAC tax and statutory compliance
- People leadership of geographically dispersed teams
- Fluent written and spoken English
