About the role
Deals Corporate Finance team at PwC advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. The Senior Associate will build financial models, conduct due diligence, prepare investment memoranda and support negotiations for infrastructure transactions. Gurugram, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed.
What you’ll do
- Prepare high‑quality deal collateral such as IMs, teasers and financial models
- Manage due‑diligence process and investor outreach
- Conduct industry research and market sizing
- Participate in client and investor meetings
- Coordinate multiple mandates under tight deadlines
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years investment banking experience
- MBA or CA degree
