About the role

What you’ll do
- Run daily operations of an assigned kitchen station
- Prepare specialized therapeutic meals per diet sheets
- Guide and cross‑check prep work of junior kitchen staff
- Implement strict inventory and FIFO practices
- Maintain sanitation of tools and workstations
What you’ll bring
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or Catering Technology
Nice to have
2-3 years of experience in food production and professional kitchen operations
