Senior EHS Program Manager

About the role

APAC Corporate EHS team at Pinkerton drives enterprise risk management and safety compliance across the region. The Senior EHS Program Manager leads the India EHS team, implements global EHS management systems, conducts ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 audits, and develops training and data programs to improve safety processes. Bangalore, on-site role with direct collaboration with APAC and corporate security stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Support Corporate EHS Lead with operational management of EHS programs in India
• Guide and manage the Pinkerton EHS team in India
• Implement global EHS management system and conduct regular audits
• Integrate localized EHS guidelines, programs and training
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment trainings
• Analyze EHS data, regulations and benchmark studies
• Coordinate emergency response with GREF and Corporate Security
• Develop and communicate EHS policies and improvement programs

What you’ll bring

• Sc/B Tech or equivalent degree
• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 lead auditor certification
• 10-15 years EHS experience
• Proven leadership and influencing skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
