About the role
Amazon Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) protects associates, assets and brand by providing 24/7 alarm monitoring, incident triage and crisis management. As an Escalation Specialist you will support delivery associates and customers, triage security incidents, coordinate with law enforcement and write concise reports for senior leadership. Bengaluru, on-site, shift work with flexible days off.
What you’ll do
- Provide support to delivery associates and customers via internal tools
- Triage and prioritize incoming security incidents
- Transfer lower severity calls to appropriate partners
- Manage phone communications and information flow among stakeholders
- Write clear incident reports for senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays
- Experience in IT/operations/call center environment
- Fluent in Spanish, Hindi and English
Nice to have
- 6+ months customer service in command center
- Intermediate fluency in Spanish, Hindi, English
