What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day People & Culture operations to ensure smooth employee experience
- Coordinate recruitment activities including postings, scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance review documentation
- Support community engagement programmes and continuous improvement projects
What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years HR or People & Culture experience, preferably hospitality
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player
