Territory Manager, Individual Contributor

About the role

Roche Field Sales team drives retail growth of OTC and OTX products across Hyderabad. The Territory Manager builds relationships with pharmacies, chemists and healthcare professionals, plans territory activities, executes in‑store promotions and monitors distributor performance to meet sales targets. Hyderabad, on-site, travel within the territory required.

What you’ll do

• Drive retail sales and market penetration for OTC/OTX lines
• Support healthcare professionals with scientific product communication
• Assist ASM in territory planning and demand forecasting
• Execute monthly retail promotion and merchandising activities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage SKU‑wise plans
• Manage distributor network performance and relationships
• Engage stakeholders through visits, calls and issue resolution
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
• Proven pharmacy sales or territory management experience
• Experience with OTC and/or OTX pharmaceutical products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within Hyderabad territory
• Organized with strong reporting and administrative abilities
