Sr Assoc, Accounts Payable

About the role

Carrier seeks a Senior Associate for Accounts Payable to lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) domain. The role involves designing SAP MDG-S processes, integrating with ServiceNow, and managing large-scale data quality in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring significant experience in process-focused data roles.

What you’ll do

• Design robust data foundations in partnership with SMEs and key business stakeholders
• Implement standardized End-to-End (E2E) business processes and apply best-practice MDM methodologies
• Leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities in MDM/MDG processes
• Drive change through influence, collaboration, and customer-service mindset
• Manage large data handling, validation, and data quality efforts
• Work across complex IT environments integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow

What you’ll bring

• 7–8 years overall experience, including 4–5 years in process-focused roles working directly with data
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance
• Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow
• Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management
• Solid understanding of PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design
• Broad systems/IT implementation experience (SAP, CRM)
