About the role
The Sr Assoc, Accounts Receivable role executes Order-to-Cash collection activities to improve working capital and reduce outstanding receivables. Day-to-day duties include managing AR processes, resolving disputes, supporting month-end close, and mentoring new team members. This full-time position is located in Hyderabad, India, with an on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Drive timely cash collection to improve working capital
- Review and resolve unallocated cash and credit balances
- Engage customers via calls and emails for collections
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams on debt recovery
- Process journal adjustments and supporting documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Provide operational support to the OTC team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS standards
