About the role

The role supports accounting close, controls, and digital enablement through automation initiatives and enterprise digital projects. Responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, building solutions with Excel VBA, UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, Smartsheet, DocuSign, partnering with IT and automation teams, delivering end‑to‑end automation projects, supporting month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis, applying US GAAP and SOX controls, and developing automated reports and dashboards. Requires advanced Excel VBA, ERP (SAP), accounting close, reconciliations, journal entries, US GAAP, SOX, analytical and communication skills.
What you’ll do
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
- Build automation with Excel VBA, UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, Smartsheet, DocuSign.
- Partner with IT and automation teams to design scalable solutions.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of automation initiatives: intake, build, test, deploy.
- Assist with requirements, documentation, testing, go‑live readiness.
- Track timelines, risks, dependencies, status updates.
- Support month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, analysis.
- Apply US GAAP, SOX controls, audit readiness.
