HR Service Delivery Analyst

About the role

Accenture HR Service Delivery team improves workforce performance and business agility through end‑to‑end case management of leave and exit processes. The analyst executes leave of absence services, ensures compliance, drives process improvements and provides metrics to leadership. Bengaluru, on‑site role focusing on HR operations and customer service.

What you’ll do

• Oversee end-to-end employee exit process
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Legal for offboarding
• Manage final settlements, payroll adjustments, and benefits
• Deactivate employee access in collaboration with IT and Security
• Track completion of exit tasks and maintain checklists
• Provide metrics and updates to leadership on attrition and process efficiency
• Resolve disputes to ensure positive offboarding experience

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years HR experience
• Workday experience
• People Relations experience
• HR domain certification
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Operational Excellence practices
• Prior people management 2-3 years
• Good organizational and prioritisation skills
