About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead sourcing projects and develop RFPs
- Evaluate vendor responses and manage bid clarification
- Convert purchase requests to purchase orders and ensure follow‑ups
- Coordinate supplier negotiations and contract execution
- Maintain vendor master data in ERP systems
- Oversee procurement helpdesk operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
What you’ll bring
- 10-15 years overall experience
- 1-5 years in sourcing and procurement operations (PR to PO)
- Experience leading sourcing projects and executing RFPs
- Proficiency with SAP and Ariba ERP systems
- Vendor master data management
- Supplier negotiation and bid clarification
- Experience in indirect categories (IT, consumables, construction, HR)
- Flexible to work rotational/night shifts
