Source to Contract Business Process Expert, Procurement & Sourcing

About the role

Enterprise Transformation Programme at Haleon drives agile, efficient, and innovative business operations. The Business Process Expert partners with owners and functional teams to design, govern, and continuously improve end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes, facilitate workshops, and manage transition phases. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule as defined by programme timelines.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Business Process Owner to define future state vision
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements
• Document “to‑be” processes and assess current state bottlenecks
• Drive decisions through governance forums
• Support functional readiness and adoption planning
• Manage interim operating states and transition to permanent processes
• Engage stakeholders, communicate updates, and monitor KPIs
• Lead continuous improvement and benefit realization

Nice to have

• 10+ years in global consumer health or FMCG
• Deep knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle
• Hands‑on Ariba and SAP/ERP experience
• S/4HANA implementation exposure
• Process modelling and data analysis expertise
• Project management of process improvements
• Stakeholder communication and influence
• Change management and governance
