Source to Contract Business Process Expert, Contracting

About the role

Enterprise Transformation Programme at Haleon focuses on building an agile, efficient organization using SAP S/4HANA. The Business Process Expert partners with process owners to design, govern, and continuously improve end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes, driving transition from current to future state through strong governance and change delivery. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with onsite days as required.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Business Process Owner to define future end‑to‑end process vision and roadmap
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to ensure designs meet strategic objectives
• Document “to‑be” processes and evaluate current processes for bottlenecks
• Drive decisions through governance forums and communicate outcomes
• Support functional leaders in readiness assessments and gap analysis
• Create documentation and training materials for new processes
• Manage interim operating states with Business Continuity Manager
• Monitor KPIs, adoption and continuous improvement to realize benefits

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years experience in complex global organizations
• Strong functional & technical knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle
• Hands‑on experience with Ariba and SAP/ERP platforms
• Process design, governance and continuous improvement expertise
• Project management of transformation initiatives
• Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies
• Stakeholder communication and influence
• Change management and adoption planning
