About the role
WPP Finance team drives strategic sourcing and procurement excellence for global brands. The analyst will analyze spend data, develop category strategies, manage supplier negotiations, and execute sourcing projects using GEP Source to Contract platform. Mumbai office, hybrid model with four days onsite per week, relocation support available.
What you’ll do
- Analyze spend data and create category profiles
- Develop market intelligence and opportunity assessments
- Execute strategic sourcing projects and manage RFPs
- Coordinate supplier negotiations and contract execution
- Ensure compliance with statutory and sustainability requirements
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for procurement activities
- Provide stakeholder updates and support to sourcing manager
- Monitor procurement operational performance
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
- Experience with Source2Contract platforms, preferably GEP S2C
- Ability to devise spend category insights and market analysis
- Strong operational procurement and legal understanding
- Experience managing RFI/RFP activities
