About the role
Customer Support Data Support at Rippling builds seamless support for our Finance, HR, and IT platform. The role troubleshoots API, schema, and connector issues, writes SQL and scripts, and collaborates with Product and Engineering to improve features. Based in Bangalore, India, the hybrid model requires office presence three days a week.
What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve developer questions via email or chat
- Help customers design schemas, write SQL or other data markup scripting
- Support and debug Rippling-managed and custom data connectors
- Provide technical guidance and expert advice to customers
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Work well under time constraints and meet schedules
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-4 years of technical customer support experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JavaScript or Python
- Experience building or troubleshooting REST APIs
- Understanding of Data Warehousing fundamentals and ETL
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
