About the role

Tractor Finance Department at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on expanding dealer networks and driving tractor loan sales. The Assistant Manager builds and manages dealer and DSA relationships, oversees collections and PDD, and drives cross‑sell of loan cover and insurance products. Based in Parola, on‑site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Set up and expand dealer and DSA networks to meet monthly sales targets
• Manage collections, ensuring DPD stays within 30 days and coordinate with credit and operations
• Drive cross‑sell of loan cover, asset insurance, and related products
• Prepare and maintain business MIS and timely reporting of performance metrics
• Oversee TA allocation to dealers and ensure timely repayments
• Conduct field investigations and flag suspicious activities

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• 1-3 years of tractor finance or B2B sales experience
• Experience in dealer network development
• Proven collection management skills
• Ability to generate business MIS and reports
