What you’ll do

• Set up new dealer and DSA networks to achieve monthly sales targets
• Manage collections and maintain asset quality, ensuring DPD ≤30 days
• Coordinate with credit and operations for timely loan sanction and disbursement
• Cross‑sell loan cover, insurance, and other financial products
• Prepare and report business MIS and performance metrics
• Conduct field investigations and flag suspicious activities

What you’ll bring
