What you’ll do

• Set up and manage dealer and DSA networks
• Achieve month‑on‑month sales targets
• Maintain asset quality and PDD
• Oversee collections up to 30 DPD
• Cross‑sell loan cover and insurance products
• Prepare business MIS and reports
• Coordinate with credit and ops for loan disbursement
• Conduct field investigations and flag suspicious cases
