About the role

What you’ll do
- Implement departmental policies and procedures for legal operations
- Draft and manage legal documentation supporting litigation and investigations
- Provide legal support to internal client groups for transaction closures
- Monitor and manage legal costs within approved budget
- Maintain and develop legal MIS and document management systems
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes
- Recommend process and policy improvements to enhance operational efficiency
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations
- Proven track record in litigation and regulatory compliance
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
